Definition of Effective Weight Loss

User policies

If the user eats inedible food four times during the course of treatment, participates in overeating activities such as buffet, all-you-can-eat hot pot, etc., or eats fast food such as McDonald’s and KFC, this agreement will be deemed invalid.

In addition to dietary rules, users also need to cooperate with a good work and rest. Get at least eight hours of sleep each night and be in bed by 11pm. If the user fails to abide by the work and rest rules for four times in total, this agreement will be deemed invalid.

These user guidelines are to ensure that users can use the product in accordance with our requirements to achieve the best weight loss effect. We believe that as long as users follow these guidelines carefully, they will be able to lose weight successfully and get our product protection coverage.

Exclusions

Because weight loss requires the cooperation of the user to achieve the desired effect, there are many specific situations that will seriously affect the weight loss effect, so we list these situations as exclusions:

People with chronic diseases: high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea and cancer, or any other diseases that are not mentioned in this agreement but will cause obesity problems chronic disease.
Persons located outside Hong Kong
People under 18 or over 60 years old
Customers who provide false weight information or provide false diet records
People whose body weight is already below 50KG, or women whose body fat is less than 15%, or men whose body fat is less than 12% (because their body weight is already too low to lose weight)

Compensation

If users use our product correctly and complete the full course of treatment, and according to the content of the above agreement, but the weight loss effect is not achieved, we will compensate the user to achieve the weight loss effect.

 

Compensation Policy for Slimming Agreement

 

Our compensation policy for the slimming agreement starts from the date of purchase (payment date) of our slimming products and lasts for 360 days.

Days 1-90: This period constitutes the treatment phase, during which customers use the slimming products they purchased from us.

From Day 90: If customers believe they have not successfully lost weight or are dissatisfied with the weight loss results, they can apply for compensation. For each compensation application: We will send a free one-month supply of EITHER “Ex-Boyfriend Fat-Burning Powder” (3 boxes of the powder) OR “Herb-X Herbal Therapy Powder” (3 boxes of the powder) to the customer. Customer can choose either “Ex-Boyfriend Fat-Burning Powder” (3 boxes of the powder) OR “Herb-X Herbal Therapy Powder” (3 boxes of the powder) based on their preference. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer (via SF Express cash on delivery). No other shipping methods or companies will be used to send the compensation products, as specified in this document.

If the customer does not achieve the desired results after using another one-month supply of the “Ex-Boyfriend Fat-Burning Powder,” they can continue to apply for compensation until the end of the 360-days compensation policy.

The compensation rule is that customers can only apply after they have finished using the products. Therefore, each time they receive the compensation products, they must wait at least one month before applying again.

 

From Day 331: Customers can no longer apply for compensation. They must submit their final compensation application on or before Day 330. This will allow us to send a one-month supply of the “Ex-Boyfriend Fat-Burning Powder” OR “Herb-X Herbal Therapy Powder” to cover the treatment period from Day 331 to Day 360.

In order to prevent fraud, our company reserves the right to require customers who claim to lose weight to come to our office for free on-site weight loss services, and immediately judge whether our products are effective for weight loss.
