1. 所有已出售的貨品均不接受退貨或退款。
  2. 產品有價格波動性,售價以下單當刻為準,之後若有價格調整或促銷恕不能退回差價。
  3. 如客人錯誤轉帳,多出的金額只能下次購物時使用。如客人堅持要退款,因行政成本關係,每次需要收取$50作行政費。建議客人使用轉帳前看清楚需要轉帳的金額。
  4. 香港以外地區的客人,務必先諮詢是否能派送後再購買,否則出現問題,有可能無法發貨,也無法退款。
  5. 如因產品質量問題需要更換,需於收貨後七天內提出。
  6. 非質量問題不設退換貨,所指的非質量問題包括比如產品外包裝盒壓扁、起皺、輕微掉色等完全不影響產品使用的外觀問題。

  4. For customers outside Hong Kong, be sure to ask whether it can be delivered before purchasing, otherwise, there may be problems, which may not be able to deliver, and no refund.
  5. If the product needs to be returneddue to product quality problems, it must be submitted within seven days after received.
  6. There is no return or exchange for non-quality problems. The non-quality problems referred to such as appearance problemslike flattening, wrinkling, and slight color fading of the product outer box that do not affect the use of the product at all.
