The price of the product is subject to price fluctuations, and the selling price shall prevail at the moment of placing the order. If there is a price adjustment or promotion after that, the difference will not be refunded.
If the customer transfers money by mistake, the extra amount can only be used for the next purchase. If the customer insists on a refund, due to administrative costs, a $50 administrative fee will be charged each time. It is recommended that guests check the amount to be transferred before using the transfer.
For customers outside Hong Kong, be sure to ask whether it can be delivered before purchasing, otherwise, there may be problems, which may not be able to deliver, and no refund.
If the product needs to be returneddue to product quality problems, it must be submitted within seven days after received.
There is no return or exchange for non-quality problems. The non-quality problems referred to such as appearance problemslike flattening, wrinkling, and slight color fading of the product outer box that do not affect the use of the product at all.
